Elizabeth and her team were excellent to work with - they had great suggestions and designed and transformed a very dysfunctional (un-purposed) room into a beautiful classic media/family room. Elizabeth and her team were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They managed the sub-trade appointments and were flexible and accommodating to coodinate the work from start to finish. Beth and her team were great with everything, and I'm so pleased with the results. I started out with an upstairs bathroom renovation but liked their approach and design recommendations so much I ended up expanding my renovation and redecorating my entire upstairs with them. My daughter has allergies and EMI went above and beyond to accommodate her needs, arranging for the carpet removal while we were away and having it done the day we left so any allergens in the air had the maximum time to settle before we returned.
